Hospitality Center
The Hospitality Center will serve as the welcome center to Avila by The Sea. Mulligan’s restaurant will be reconfigured and renovated to a full-service dining experience. The Pro Shop building will be transformed into a lobby/check-in area to include a ground floor bar (the Pro Shop experience will be moved to Area 2 as described below). All improvements to create the Hospitality Center will occur within the existing footprint currently occupied by Mulligans, the Beach Club, the Pro Shop, and the putting green / event lawn.

AREA 1
Spa Avila
Spa Avila will occupy a new 27,250 square foot, two-story facility, to include offices, gym, classrooms, locker rooms and lounge. The Lodge will feature 64 hotel suites as well as a lounge, bar, café and covered parking. It will occupy the existing upper parking lot. The Harford Canyon Cottages will feature 36 one-bedroom cottages clustered on seven acres of the existing golf course turf and driving range.

AREA 1
Outdoor Pavilion and Event Barn
The Outdoor Pavilion and Event Barn will be located on the upper portion of the existing driving range, located adjacent to the Harford Canyon Cottages. This location is a natural “amphitheater,” presently used for existing commercial entertainment hosting up to 5,000 guests. This accommodation will be reduced considerably with the addition of the adjacent Harford Canyon Cottages.
